Peachey Loak was established in 1994 in the small Northamptonshire town of Burton Latimer. Over the years the company has grown and, although no longer based in Burton, Peachey Loak now act as estate agents, letting agents and chartered surveyors. Owner and founder Adrian Loak is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and has a wealth of experience in the property market - both residential and commercial - throughout the boroughs of Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and East Northamptonshire.

Our estate agency service offers comprehensive internet and local newspaper advertising designed to sell your property as quickly as possible. Peachey Loak are members of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents scheme.

Our lettings service offers the same level of comprehsive marketing, and in addition we can provide a first-rate property management service for landlords. Peachey Loak are members of the National Approved Letting Scheme.

Our valuation & surveying service can be tailored to meet individual needs, including the RICS Homebuyer Report, which reveals much more about the property you are thinking of buying than does a standard lending agency valuation.
